QUALIFICATIONS
- • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
- • At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- • Must be willing to work in Makati City
- • Must be organized, detail-oriented and can meet deadlines
- • Must have professional maturity to handle confidential information
- • Proficient in MS applications and computer operations
- • Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Prepare vouchers and checks for payment to suppliers
- • Do proper filing of documents
- • Maintain the general ledger and schedule of accounts
- • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial closing report
- • Do fieldwork for government and bank transactions
- • Assist in the preparation of documents for Application of VAT Refund
- • Assist external auditors during financial audits
- • Perform other accounting related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
